The application process requires a non-refundable fee of GH¢450.00, which covers the cost of e-Vouchers, examination fees, and preparatory classes. Prospective applicants can purchase e-Vouchers at designated sales centers, including the Cash Office at the University of Cape Coast, the UCC Accra Office in Tesano, Accra, Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) branches nationwide, and Ghana Post Offices located at regional capitals. All payments are to be made in cash.

The deadline for submitting completed application forms is Friday, 22nd August 2025. Following this, applicants must ensure that copies of payment slips or receipts, transcripts (where applicable), and other relevant documents are sent to the Director, Directorate of Academic Affairs, UCC, via post. These submissions must be received no later than Monday, 25th August 2025, and should not be delivered by hand.
