GES drops updates of revocation of appointment and recruitment; staff should get ready for these documents…

There is still hope for all revoked appointment and recruitment which was issued by the government dated 17th February, 2024 as information reaching us indicates there will be a “U-turn” for the said revocation.
The Ghana Education Service has issued a statement contrary to the revocation of appointment and recruitment which was sighted and monitored by our portal.
The letter reads below:
In reference to our earlier letter dated 17th February, 2025 with Reference No. GES/HMRD/SEC/REV.25/01 on the above theme, Management of Ghana Education Service (GES) request all affected staff to have their recruitment validated and reinstated in order to clean up the database of all recruited staff on the GES payroll.
In view of the above, a three-member committee made up of the Regional Human Resource Officer, Regional Internal Auditor and Regional Accountant should lead the validation process.
All staff in this category should make available the following documents to support the validation exercise:
- Appointment Letter
- Academic certificate
- Licensure Certificate
- National Service Certificate
The affected staff are expected to go through the validation process by 14th March, 2025.
The management of GES counts on your cooperation to make this exercise successful.
Thank you.
