He states that they are currently experiencing a technical issue that has affected the login and the member management module of the Teachers’ Fund Mobile App and the Web Portal.

According to him, their team of developers is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible to restore full functionality.
He urgently seeking for members not to attempt to reset their PINs or make any changes to their account details during this period, as it may affect the resolution process.
He said “We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding. We will keep you updated on our progress and notify you as soon as the issue is resolved.”
