Strengthening Professional Standards
Continuous Professional Development remains a core requirement for teachers in Ghana. Accurate recording and uploading of CPD points are critical for professional licensing, renewal, and career progression. By organizing this virtual training, GES aims to ensure that all relevant personnel fully understand the revised processes and comply with national standards.
The Service is counting on the usual cooperation of all Regional, Metro, Municipal, and District Directors to ensure full participation and successful implementation.
Teachers and school leaders are therefore encouraged to take note of their respective dates and times and prepare adequately for the sessions. Active engagement in this training will contribute significantly to improving professional practice and maintaining high standards within Ghana’s education system.
