KNUST Issues Urgent Notice to All Undergraduate Applicants Ahead of Admission Deadline

Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, has released an important announcement directed at all prospective undergraduate applicants. The University has officially opened its Admission Portal following the release of this year’s results by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC). Applicants are therefore urged to take immediate action to ensure their details are correctly submitted before the portal closes.

According to the notice, candidates are required to log in through the official application link: apps.knust.edu.gh/admissions/apply. Upon gaining access, applicants must verify the accuracy of their personal information. These details include their full name as it appears on the WAEC results slip, date of birth, as well as examination records such as Index Number, Exam Type, Exam Month, and Exam Year. Ensuring the correctness of these entries is crucial, as any mistake could affect the applicant’s chances of securing admission.

Additionally, the University encourages applicants to review their selected programmes. With guidance from the 2024/2025 cut-off points, students may adjust their programme choices where necessary to match their qualifications and improve their likelihood of selection.
