Newly posted teachers should make ready with the following documents for his or her postings process to be successful.

- Appointment Letter
- Acceptance Letter
- Assumption of Duty Letter
- Personal Records Forms (The district will provide you one but in the meantime, you can download one
- Medical Report
- New Entrant Form (Provided and filled by the Metro/Municipal/District)
- SSNIT card
- Birth certificate
- Any approved National ID (Voters ID, Passport, Ghana Card)
- College Certificate (certified UCC Diploma in Basic Education cert)
- NTC Provisional Teaching License
- NSS certificate
- Passport Pictures
- WASSCE Certificate
- Bank Details- SAVINGS or CURRENT Account
