This information goes to all heads in Senior High Schools about the prospectus been issued by Ghana Education Service,
The letter reads;
ALL REGIONAL DIRECTORS OF EDUCATION
HARMONIZED PROSPECTUS
Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has come out with a National Harmonized Prospectus for all Second Cycle Institutions to be used in schools from 2023/2024 academic year to ensure uniformity in the items used by students.
Management therefore, directs all Heads of Second Cycle Institutions to STRICTLY ADHERE to the items listed in the National Harmonized Prospectus when admitting First-Year students into their schools.
By this letter, Regional Directors of Education are kindly requested to bring this information to the attention of all Heads within their jurisdiction to act accordingly and ensure a smooth admission process.
Any Head of school who goes contrary to the above directive would be sanctioned. Thank you
